Average wages in Oregon’s manufacturing sector have climbed steadily over the past 16 years. In 2016, the average annual wage for manufacturing in Oregon was about $67,500. This far exceeded the state’s average wage of $49,500.

In both the overall workforce and the manufacturing workforce, workers in the 55 and over age group continue to make up a larger share as baby boomers pass into the 55 and older group. However, the manufacturing workforce has not had as many young workers enter as is the case for the overall workforce. Thats why we need you to step up and get started in an awesome career!
HIGH PRODUCING INCOME WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A COLLEGE DEGREE
We are looking for people that are safety oriented and have good, current, verifiable work history in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Must be able to continually stand/walk on concrete and/or other hard surfaces
Must have excellent attendance
Must be able to work any and all shifts
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Some of our employer's offer' a minimum of $19.52 per hour after 60 days of employment, an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance multi-plan retirement and matching 401k.
