Thank you for your interest in beginning a career in manufacturing! This program has a limited number of slots available – please complete the WIOA Youth Application by April 30, 2019 to be considered for this training and employment opportunity.
After you submit your application, you will be contacted by a WorkSource staff member who will assist you in completing the screening process. Those selected will complete Certified Production Technician (CPT) training and go to work with one of our 3 timber industry manufacturing partners in the Douglas County area. Wages for these manufacturing jobs pay at least $17/hour with benefits.
This program is funded by the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). Completing a WIOA Youth application is the first step to connecting you with your new career.

Must be 18 years of age by 6/24/19. Candidates will be hired before CPT training begins.
